Úvod
1.1. Tento návštěvní řád je směrnicí vydanou pořadatelem akce Beatworx, s.r.o., ČRN 08262021, se sídlem Prokopova 148/15, Praha 3 - Žižkov, PSČ 130 00, zapsaná v obchodním rejstříku vedeném u Městského soudu v Praze, oddíl C, vložka 239394 (dále jen "provozovatel" a/nebo "pořadatel" a/nebo "organizátor"), které určují základní závazná pravidla pro vstup osob do areálu, kde se bude akce konat (dále jen "areál akce"), a užívání zařízení nacházejících se v areálu akce (dále jen "návštěvní řád") v době konání akce.
1.2 Hlavním účelem tohoto návštěvního řádu je zajištění bezpečnosti, požární ochrany, hygieny, ochrany zdraví a majetku v areálu akce, jakož i zajištění ideálních podmínek pro všechny společenské a/nebo kulturní aktivity (dále jen "aktivity"), které se budou v areálu akce konat. Cílem návštěvního řádu je zajistit v areálu příjemnou, společenskou atmosféru.
1.3 Pro účely tohoto návštěvního řádu se areálem akce rozumí viditelně vymezené prostory provozovatele v areálu místa konání akce (dále jen "areál akce"). Otevření areálu a jednotlivých částí areálu akce bude upřesněno přibližně 14 dní před konáním akce.
1.4 Zakoupením vstupenky a/nebo předložením vstupenky při vstupu do areálu, vyjadřuje každý návštěvník souhlas s podmínkami uvedenými v tomto návštěvním řádu a vstupem do areálu akce se tento návštěvní řád stává pro každého návštěvníka závazným po celou dobu jeho pobytu v areálu akce. Pro účely tohoto návštěvního řádu se návštěvníkem a/nebo veřejností rozumí každá osoba, která vstoupí do areálu akce, včetně zástupců médií.
1.5 Ustanovení tohoto Návštěvního řádu se obdobně vztahují i na osoby, které vstupují do areálu akce na základě zvláštního smluvního vztahu s Provozovatelem a/nebo jeho smluvními partnery (dále jen "Personál").
Místo konání
2.1 Areál akce slouží návštěvníkům k trávení volného času a k aktivní účasti a sledování událostí pořádaných v areálu.
2.2 Veřejnost může do místa areálu nebo do jeho příslušných vymezených zón vstupovat pouze se souhlasem provozovatele a/nebo pouze v návštěvní době a/nebo pouze v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými v tomto návštěvním řádu. Případné stížnosti lze podávat pouze před vstupem do areálu.
2.3 Vstup do areálu akce je možný od 18 let.
2.4 Návštěvník, který se prokáže průkazem ZTP/P (III. stupeň invalidity) a vstupenkou na akci, si může vzít svého asistenta zdarma. Tato výjimka se nevztahuje na držitele průkazu ZTP (II. stupeň invalidity).
2.5 Dohled nad dodržováním a respektováním tohoto návštěvního řádu vykonávají řádně určení zaměstnanci provozovatele a další osoby k tomu provozovatelem pověřené a řádně určené, dále bezpečnostní služba, její řádně určení strážníci a v rozsahu svých zákonných pravomocí také Policie ČR.
2.6 V areálu akce se mohou zdržovat pouze návštěvníci s platnou vstupenkou a/nebo jiným dokladem opravňujícím k pobytu v areálu, nebo v jednotlivých zónách. Každá osoba v areálu události musí mít vstupenku a/nebo jiný doklad opravňující ji k pobytu v areálu po celou dobu pobytu v areálu. Na výzvu pracovníků pořadatele, osob pověřených pořadatelem a/nebo pracovníka ostrahy se musí návštěvník neprodleně prokázat oprávněním k pobytu v areálu. Každý, kdo se nebude moci prokázat oprávněním k pobytu v areálu akce, nemusí být do areálu vpuštěn a/nebo může být z areálu vyveden. Náramek, který umožňuje vstup na festival, je až do konce festivalu majetkem pořadatele. Organizátoři mohou návštěvníkovi náramek odebrat v případě porušení Návštěvního řádu. Každý, kdo se nebude moci prokázat oprávněním k pobytu v areálu akce, nemusí být do areálu vpuštěn a/nebo může být z areálu vyveden.
2.7 Vstupenka do areálu akce platí pouze pro daný den, hodinu, událost, místo konání a případně sektor, řadu a sedadlo. Platné jsou pouze nepozměněné, nepoškozené a kompletní, tj. s útržkem, vstupenky, které opravňují, pokud provozovatel nestanoví jinak, pouze k jednomu vstupu do areálu akce. Po opuštění areálu akce platnost vstupenky končí, pokud není na vstupence výslovně uvedeno jinak. Návštěvník, který hodlá navštívit areál akce opakovaně ve stejný den, tak může učinit na základě výslovné žádosti a na základě rozhodnutí/povolení pořadatele, který mu vydá nepřenosný náramek umožňující opakovaný vstup do areálu akce v daný den. Vstupenka je nepřenosná, pokud není na vstupence výslovně uvedeno jinak.
2.8 Osoby, které jsou zjevně pod vlivem alkoholu nebo pod vlivem jiných návykových a omamných látek, jakož i osoby, které svým chováním ohrožují bezpečnost a/nebo zdraví osob a/nebo majetku nacházejícího se v areálu akce, ztrácejí oprávnění k pobytu v areálu akce a nesmí být do areálu akce vpuštěny a/nebo mohou být z areálu akce vyvedeny pracovníky pořadatele, osobami pověřenými pořadatelem a/nebo ochrankou. Stejně tak nemusí být do areálu akce vpuštěny a/nebo mohou být z areálu akce vyvedeny osoby, které poruší pravidla stanovená v tomto návštěvním řádu a/nebo nebudou respektovat pokyny zaměstnanců pořadatele, osob pověřených pořadatelem a/nebo ochranky.
2.9 Osoby, které nebudou vpuštěny a/nebo budou vyvedeny z areálu akce podle podmínek tohoto návštěvního řádu, nemají nárok na vrácení vstupného ani jiných nákladů vynaložených na vstup a účast na akcích pořádaných v areálu akce. Osobám uvedeným v tomto ustanovení může pořadatel rovněž omezit nebo zakázat vstup do areálu akce.
2.10 V areálu akce je zakázán prodej tabákových a alkoholických výrobků osobám mladším 18 let. Zároveň si Provozovatel vyhrazuje právo zcela zakázat prodej tabákových a alkoholických výrobků po dobu konání vybraných akcí v areálu akce. Informace o zvláštním zákazu prodeje tabákových a alkoholických výrobků podle tohoto ustanovení bude vždy vhodným způsobem zveřejněna v areálu akce a všechny dotčené osoby o ní budou informovány Provozovatelem nebo pracovníkem ostrahy.
Povinnosti návštěvníků
3.1 Návštěvníci akce jsou povinni chovat se v areálu akce tak, aby svým jednáním neohrožovali bezpečnost a/nebo zdraví třetích osob a/nebo jejich majetek, jakož i zařízení nacházející se v areálu akce, navíc by svým chováním neměli omezovat, ohrožovat nebo obtěžovat ostatní návštěvníky nad míru odpovídající okolnostem vyplývajícím z průběhu akcí pořádaných v areálu akce.
3.2 Návštěvníci akce jsou povinni dbát pokynů a příkazů zaměstnanců pořadatele, osob pověřených pořadatelem a/nebo ochranky, jakož i pokynů a příkazů Policie ČR, Hasičského záchranného sboru, pořadatele a Zdravotnické záchranné služby.
3.3 V souladu s platnou a účinnou legislativou o ochraně obyvatelstva před dalším šířením COVID-19 způsobeným novým koronavirem SARS-CoV-2 (dále jen "pandemická legislativa") je každý návštěvník povinen předložit pořadateli potvrzení o negativním testu na SARS-CoV-2 a/nebo potvrzení o absolvovaném očkování proti SARS-CoV-2 a/nebo bude schopen prokázat imunitu po onemocnění SARS-CoV-2. Pořadatel si vyhrazuje právo nevpustit návštěvníka, který by se odmítl prokázat výše uvedenými způsoby, do areálu festivalu nebo na jiná místa související s areálem, tj. do kempu, autokempu apod. (dále jen "areál festivalu").
3.4 Návštěvníci jsou povinni v areálu festivalu používat ochranné prostředky dýchacích cest (nos, ústa), pokud to vyžadují platné a účinné právní předpisy související s pandemií koronaviru. Návštěvník bere na vědomí, že pořadatel je oprávněn jej vyzvat, a to i prostřednictvím třetí osoby, k použití tohoto ochranného prostředku, pokud jej nepoužívá. Pokud návštěvník odmítne výše popsané ochranné pomůcky použít, vyhrazuje si pořadatel právo takového návštěvníka do areálu festivalu nevpustit, případně jej požádat o opuštění areálu festivalu bez jakékoliv náhrady ze strany pořadatele.
3.5 Návštěvník je rovněž povinen dodržovat další případné povinnosti a omezení související s platnou a účinnou legislativou týkající se pandemie koronaviru.
3.6 Pokud je akce sankcionována příslušnými správními orgány z důvodu nedodržení platných a účinných právních předpisů souvisejících s pandemií koronaviru ze strany návštěvníků příslušnými správními orgány, má pořadatel právo požadovat po tomto návštěvníkovi náhradu škody.
3.7 Návštěvníci akce musí respektovat pravidla tohoto návštěvního řádu a obecně závazné právní předpisy, jakož i pravidla slušného chování a dobrých mravů.
3.8 Návštěvníkům akce je zakázáno přinášet nebo mít v držení na akci následující materiály:
3.8.1 rasistické, urážlivé, vulgární nebo jiné materiály odporující dobrým mravům;
3.8.2 zbraně jakéhokoli druhu, také i veškeré předměty, které lze použít jako sečné, bodné nebo úderné zbraně, nebo jiné předměty, které by mohly ohrozit bezpečnost, zdraví nebo život návštěvníků;
3.8.3 žíraviny, hořlaviny, výbušniny, barviva, suchý led nebo jiné látky ovlivňující zdraví;
3.8.4 láhve, nádoby, plechovky nebo jiné předměty z rozbitných, křehkých nebo výjimečně tvrdých materiálů;
3.8.5 ohňostroje nebo odpalovací zařízení;
3.8.6 návykové a omamné látky;
3.8.7 balónky naplněné heliem nebo jiným plynem;
3.8.8 vlastní alkoholické nápoje, plné velbloudí hřbety a/nebo potraviny (do kempu si můžete vzít maximálně 24 piv a 1l alkoholu nebo vína v plastové lahvi nebo v plechovce, a to pouze jednou. Přivézt si do kempu vlastní potraviny je bez omezení);
3.8.9 jiná zvířata než asistenční psi pro tělesně postižené;
3.8.10 materiály propagující politickou stranu nebo hnutí nebo jakékoli politicky zaměřené materiály;
3.8.11 nadměrná zavazadla;
3.8.12 materials that promote persons who are not official partners of the Operator and/or any other materials the use of which in the grounds could damage the good name of the Promoter and his partners;
3.8.13 all types of drones and other flying or riding models including remote control models which are prohibited from being operated/used without the prior written permission of the Promoter.
In case of bringing bicycles, skateboards or scooters to the event premises, visitors are allowed to ride them only in places designated for that purpose.
The Operator or the persons authorised by him, in particular the head of the security guard service (e.g. the Supervisor) and/or his/her superiors, have the right to decide about the threat posed and/or how appropriate individual items brought by a visitor to the Event Grounds are, that being when entering the Event Grounds or at any time inside the Event Grounds. The decision of these persons is binding for a visitor to the grounds. Persons possessing dangerous and/or inappropriate objects, within the meaning of this article, must leave these items outside the Event Grounds at their own liability. Otherwise, persons possessing dangerous and/or inappropriate objects, within the meaning of this article, will forfeit the right to stay in the Event Grounds and may not be admitted to the Event Grounds and/or may be escorted from the Event Grounds by the Organiser’s staff, a person authorised by the Organiser and/or a security guard.
3.9 Visitors are required to allow the Organiser’s staff, a person authorised by the Organiser and/or a security guard to inspect objects and luggage in their possession in order to check the previous provisions are being upheld.
If a visitor refuses an inspection pursuant to this provision, he or she may not be admitted to the Event Grounds and/or may be escorted out of the Event Grounds.
3.10 Visitors to the Event agree to a security check being conducted on both their luggage and person by the Organiser’s staff, a person authorised by the Organiser and/or a security guard to check compliance with these Rules for Visitors.
In the framework of a security check, visitors to the Event Grounds can be searched using, for example, technology intended for this.
If a visitor refuses a security check to be conducted pursuant to this provision, he or she may not be allowed to enter the Event Grounds and/or may be escorted out of the Event Grounds.
Visitors to the Event are further forbidden from:
3.11.1 bringing to camp own speakers, aggregate, tools of all kinds and anything needed to build shelters from sails and unsecured construction. (It is permitted to build a scissor tent measuring 3x3m, see the picture below);

3.11.3 promoting any political party or movement or product or service;
3.11.4 climbing over or entering any buildings and facilities in the Event Grounds, in particular facades, fences, walls, barriers, lighting equipment, trees, columns, roofs, rails, supporting structures, etc.;
3.11.5 entering areas that are not intended for visitors, i.e. for staff, and/or areas for which they do not have permission to enter;
3.11.6 throwing any objects whatsoever into those areas where visitors, staff or performers are to be found – e.g. stages and auditoriums;
3.11.7 sitting and/or lying and/or standing and/or kneeling on the barricades, fences, barriers and other facilities or technical means erected by the Promoter and his contractors which are not expressly intended for the above activities;
3.11.8 making any audio or video recordings for commercial purposes in the grounds without the prior written consent of the Operator;
3.11.9 smoking in rented tents, in stage’s tents and in any other premises with a shelter.
3.11.10 wilfully moving or otherwise manipulating the equipment and/or fittings placed in the grounds by the Promoter or his contractors;
3.11.11 manipulating the water, electricity, air or other facilities in the Event Grounds in any way;
3.11.12 destroying any equipment and fittings located in the Event Grounds, including the grass and trees in the park;
3.11.13 writing, sticking or painting on any equipment, fittings or communications within the Event Grounds;
3.11.14 performing bodily needs outside of the toilets, or otherwise contaminating the Event Grounds;
3.11.15 moving in the areas outside of the communications or outside of the communications and areas marked for that purpose by the Operator;
3.11.16 driving into the grounds without prior consent, or instructions to do so from the Operator;
3.11.17 threatening violence and/or perpetrating it against an individual and/or group of persons and/or inciting others to such acts.
3.11.18 For safety reasons it is prohibited to sleep in a car at a parking lot.
3.11.19 It is forbidden to leave the car parked elsewhere than in the designated parking space.
3.12 With regard to fire protection, visitors to the Event and personnel are especially obliged:
3.12.1 to act so as not to cause a fire;
3.12.2 to respect the ban on starting a fire, igniting and/or letting off any fireworks in the Event Grounds or the vicinity;
3.12.3 in the event of detecting a fire, to proceed according to the instructions of the Organiser or the fire brigade;
3.12.4 to respect the ban on smoking and handling a naked flame throughout the Event Grounds;
3.12.5 to respect the ban on using grills in camps in the area of the event without the presence of a supervising adult, near tents, combustibles and other objects threatening with ignition;
3.12.6 to respect the ban on using grills in camps with pressure vessels of compressed gases;
3.12.7 to respect the ban on smoking and manipulation with fire in tents in the whole festival area;
3.12.8 to respect the ban on filling balloons with gases which, in combination with air, form an explosive or flammable mixture;
3.12.9 to respect the ban on releasing sky lanterns also known as Kongming lanterns or Chinese lanterns.
3.13 Visitors are not allowed to carry out any commercial or similar activity in the Event Grounds without the prior written consent of the Operator and/or in contravention of the conditions of such written consent, nor may they distribute and/or sell any other items, including newspapers, magazines, printed matter, advertising flyers, etc., or store any objects inside the grounds.
3.14 Upon entering the individual areas of the Event Grounds visitors will be familiarised with the operating rules/operating conditions of the area in question and are obliged to follow these operating rules/conditions in the pertinent area and to respect the instructions of the Organiser or persons he has authorised.
Liability for damages
4.1 Visitors enter and use the Event Grounds at their own risk and visitors are obliged to conduct themselves in the Event Grounds so as to prevent damages to health and/or property, that being their own and that of third parties.
The organiser does not assume any liability for damages to health and/or property suffered by a visitor due to the actions of another visitor and/or visitors, that being in the case of deliberate or unintentional conduct that led to the damages. Damages can only be directly attributable to the person and/or persons whose conduct has caused the damages.
4.2 Visitors are obliged to place items only at those areas directly reserved for this purpose by the Operator. The Operator is not liable for the loss of items placed outside of the area he has reserved for storage.
Items placed outside of the area reserved for this purpose by the Operator may be removed by the Operator for safety reasons and the Operator will handle them in accordance with the generally binding legal regulations.
4.3 Visitors are obliged to hand over all items found in the Event Grounds to the Operator, a person authorised by the Operator and/or the security guards.
In the event that visitors find any suspicious objects in the Event Grounds or objects that are liable to endanger the property, life and/or health of third parties, they must immediately inform the Operator, a person authorised by the Operator and/or the security guards. Every visitor is liable to the Operator and/or any third party for damage resulting from violating the rules laid out in this Rules for Visitor and/or other binding legal regulations.
4.4 The Operator is entitled to demand disbursement from a visitor for a matter that caused injury and/or damages to the Operator and/or any third party.
4.5 Visitors are required to inform the operator and/or the security guards of any injuries and/or damage occurring in the Event Grounds.
4.6 In the event of an evacuation of the Event Grounds or their parts or other emergency situations, visitors are obliged to observe the “Fire Alarm Guideline” and the premises’ evacuation rules and to follow the instructions of the Operator, a person authorised by the Operator and/or the security guards and/or the units of the emergency services.
Acquisition of audio-visual recordings and site monitoring
5.1 By entering the Event Grounds, visitors consent, without further notification, to the use of their image or depiction as part of an image record, transmission or production of the event held in the Event Grounds for commercial or promotional purposes (published on Organizers website or YouTube channel), that being in the framework of a representation of the entire or part of the event organised in the Event Grounds by the Organiser and/or his contractual partners. . These recordings are taken with respect to unnecessary privacy of visitors, however, the visitors are not individually noted when being recorded and are not asked for permission either. The organizer will accept explicit disagreement of the visitor that is being recorded, with the recording itself; disagreement must be communicated orally to the person who makes the record for the organizer in a way that does not give rise to any doubt as to what the visitor requests.
5.2 The Organizer is not responsible or liable for any claims in connection with the possible unlawful acquisition and possible further processing of video and audiovisual records by other visitors. It also allows entry into the event area and the acquisition of these records by accredited journalists, television and radio reporters and other persons engaged in journalistic activities.
5.3 The area is monitored by security cameras. The visitors are noticed through informative boards. The Organizer can use the visual recording to investigate crime or a security incident by handing it over to law enforcement, municipal police or insurance companies. The Organizers do not process the visual record itself.
Final provisions
6.1 The rules set out in these Rules for Visitors may also be further supplemented by rules relating to individual events held in the Event Grounds or parts thereof. Such additional rules will always be suitably published in the Event Grounds and/or its parts, or available at the Operator or security guards, and visitors are required to observe them.
